Description
Also known as Marble Gudgeon, Marbled Sand Goby, Marble Sleeper, Marbled Sleeper, Marbled Sleeper Goby, Sand Goby, Sleepy Goby and Soon Hock. Found in pairs in freshwater canals, flooded forests, reservoirs, rivers and swamps, these are one of the largest in the goby family.
Predominately sedentary fish, when disturbed by larger community fish they will rarely become agitated and are often hard to spot in large tanks due to their inactivity. Marble gobies by nature, are carnivorous so don't let their docile nature fool you.
